Victoria Evans is a qualified Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) based in Woking, Surrey. She has over 16 years' town planning experience working both as a Local Government Officer and as a Planning Consultant in private practice.
Victoria has extensive experience in public sector planning, having worked for both Guildford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council gaining experience in Green Belt and countryside planning together with urban planning in the residential and commercial sectors. Victoria has also spent many years working in the private sector for a large multinational consultancy dealing with gaining Planning Permission for a wide range of projects including, residential schemes, schools and commercial premises. In the private sector Victoria worked predominantly as a Planning Consultant submitting applications for approval to Local Planning Authorities, but also worked on behalf of Local Authorities' Development Management Department's dealing with controversial developments on their behalf.
Victoria is very experienced in dealing wth a broad range of Planning Applications, Lawful Development Certificates and Planning Appeals, with projects ranging from extensions and replacement dwellings to larger residential development, changes of use and commercial schemes. Victoria also has an extensive practical knowledge of Permitted Development rights and working in areas covered by Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and heritage designations, such as Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings.
With the broad range of in-depth knowledge and level of experience that Victoria has gained working in both the public and private sectors, she can assist and advise on all planning matters.
